		<description>In some cases, the older borrower has used some of the reverse mortgage proceeds to continue to pay premiums on a life insurance policy put together to ensure the death benefit would pay back the reverse mortgage and allow the younger spouse to pay back the loan.  In some cases that has happened.</description>
