I’ve a mortgage on my home since 2005, the amount of the loan is less than $55, 000.00 but house has been appraised at over $200,oo0.00, additionally my home has just been renovated inside & out, including landscaping, new furnace, tankless water heater and blown cellulose into attic. New kitchen, appliances as well as bathroom equipped to disable user. Is it possible to borrow about $65,000 without penalty for early partial or full prepayment?
    Please advise.
    Most sincerely,

After reading your comments you should be fine on getting the 65k cash out as long as you personally can quailfy for the loan. You will need to verify your income and you must have at least a 620 credit score. Our loan will not have any prepayment penalty but I am not sure about your existing loan whether it has a prepay or not. You can look at the loan papers you signed or call your servicer to find out. Please feel free to call or email me for more information. Thanks, Corbin 480-580-1400
